ABOUT ME
Welcome! I’m Anders and I have been nurturing my love of the stars since age 11 when I chose astrology for my 6th grade research project. I started taking classes with AstroBarry in 2013 and completed the first year program at Portland School of Astrology in 2016. I was the astrologer at the The Raven’s Wing Magical Co-op in Oakland from 2019 -2023.
In 2025 I decided to learn bookkeeping after practicing Vocational Astrology on myself. You can read more about this journey here.
I am multifaceted and complex, just like you. In addition to being an astrologer and bookkeeper, I also have the lived experience of being a white, transgender, queer, witchy person living in recovery. My spiritual belief is grounded in Animism - that there is a spiritual energy present in everything, which of course includes the planets! I have been a member of the Reclaiming community in the Bay Area since 2017.
I love dancing, playing non-competitive board games, cuddling my two cats and partner, doing ritual, putting my body in bodies of water, looking for cool rocks, and rocking cool socks.
MY PhilosophyI love astrology because it is affirming, mysterious and multilayered.
It provides a cosmic context for who you are, why you’re here and what you can do with your gifts. Your body is made of stardust and the birth chart is a map, an energetic imprint of what was happening in the sky the moment you entered this world. My role as an astrologer is to help decode this map so that you can find your way - I am a guide and you are the traveler who makes all the decisions.
My readings are grounded in technique (blend of modern and traditional) and infused with intuition. If you book a reading with me, you can expect:
